1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 77bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, games, and features available at https://77bdt.io and any related mobile or desktop applications operated under the 77bdt brand.

By accessing the 77bdt website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 77bdt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 77bdt.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 77bdt platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 77bdt strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 77bdt or any of its affiliated companies or third-party service providers.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 77bdt platform or had an account terminated for cause.

77bdt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible user may hold only one registered account on the 77bdt platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested by 77bdt. You are obligated to promptly update your account details if any of the information you have provided changes. 77bdt shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify 77bdt immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 77bdt will never request your password through any communication channel.

3.3 Account Verification

77bdt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your account is fully activated or before a withdrawal is processed. All verification documents must be authentic and unaltered.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77bdt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 77bdt does not accept cash deposits, third-party payment transfers, or funds from sources that cannot be verified.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 77bdt account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 77bdt does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply standard transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• 77bdt aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• 77bdt reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of fraud, AML, or KYC checks.
• Active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions are satisfied.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent BDT amounts. 77bdt does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

77bdt offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer and the general bonus conditions set out below.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus that is not used or wagered within the stated validity window will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without notice.
• 77bdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively disadvantage users who have already accepted the offer in good faith.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible user, household address, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• The use of multiple accounts, third-party funds, or coordinated betting strategies to exploit promotional offers constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all related bonus amounts and potential account closure.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 77bdt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. General betting rules applicable across all markets are as follows:

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted by the 77bdt system and a bet reference number has been issued. Verbal agreements, chat confirmations, or other informal communications do not constitute a valid bet.
• Odds are correct at the time of bet placement. Live odds may fluctuate rapidly during in-play markets; the odds confirmed at the point of acceptance are the binding odds for that bet.
• 77bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's account balance.
• Bets on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned will be voided and stakes returned, unless 77bdt's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and may vary by sport, event, and market type. 77bdt reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout for any individual user or market at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BPL governing council) shall be the definitive result.

7. Casino & Games

77bdt provides access to a range of online casino games including live dealer table games, slots, instant games, and crash game formats. These games are supplied by third-party software providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Netent, and Ezugi. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics as applicable.

• Game results are final once a round is completed. No claim for reversal of a completed game result will be entertained unless there is evidence of a material technical malfunction on the part of 77bdt's systems.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, 77bdt's server logs will be used as the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection. Where a round was in progress, the result as recorded by the server will stand.
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual game titles. These limits are set by the game provider and will be disclosed within the game's individual rules or information panel.
• 77bdt reserves the right to add, remove, or suspend access to any game title at any time without prior notice for reasons including but not limited to maintenance, licensing requirements, or content policy updates.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77bdt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any automated manner.
• Colluding with other players, including through coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit market inefficiencies or bonus structures.
• Using knowledge of match-fixing, insider information, or non-public information to gain an unfair advantage on betting markets.
• Depositing or transferring funds derived from illegal activities. 77bdt has a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy and cooperates with financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the platform or any game to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any third party.
• Using the platform in a way that could harm, disrupt, or negatively affect the experience of other users.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

77bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and for any reason it deems appropriate, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, or at the user's own request.

9.1 Suspension by 77bdt

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the user will generally be notified via the contact details registered on the account. Access to the account, including the ability to place bets and process withdrawals, may be restricted during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, the account may be permanently closed and any outstanding balance may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your 77bdt account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures and verification requirements.

10. Responsible Gaming

Third-party game titles, provider logos, and associated trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the 77bdt platform does not imply any endorsement of 77bdt by those third parties beyond the applicable licensing and distribution agreements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77bdt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from betting decisions made on the platform, including decisions made based on incorrect odds displayed as a result of data feed errors.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Service interruptions, system downtime, data loss, or technical failures that are outside 77bdt's reasonable control, including failures attributable to third-party internet service providers, payment processors, or game software suppliers.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

77bdt's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy

77bdt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. 77bdt does not sell personal data to third parties.
